This item is required to craft a Slayer helmet.
Spiny Helmet-he spiny helmet is a helmet designed to protect the player from the attacks of a wall beast, located in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves. It requires level 5 Defence to equip, and has the same stats as a steel full helm.

ring of wealth scroll- The ring of wealth scroll is an item that can be used on a ring of wealth to create a ring of wealth (i), which doubles a player's chance of getting a clue scroll from monsters in widly.
A slayer helmet is a piece of headgear made by combining various pieces of slayer equipment. The helmet can be created by players with level 55 Crafting (boosts work) and who have unlocked the "Malevolent masquerade" ability for 400 slayer reward points. It requires 10 Defence to equip. Despite the helmet requiring a nose peg, which requires 60 Slayer to equip, the slayer helmet requires no particular Slayer level to wear.
The helmet has the same defensive bonuses as a rune full helm. Additionally, while worn, the helmet provides the special effects of all of the Slayer equipment which it was made from.
